Privacy statement

Which dataCompany name, contact person, business email, your idea and what you enter on your build site.
What forProviding your build site, contacting you, invoicing. Never for third-party advertising.
WhereYour data is stored in the European Union (Frankfurt). AI services may process data outside the EU: on instruction only, with appropriate safeguards and never to train AI models. Never sold.
RetentionAs long as you are a customer. The period for sign-ups without follow-up will be set out in the full privacy statement.

Terms and conditions

BuildingBy measured build time × level factor × hourly rate; the customer sets a monthly cap.
LabFree up to 10 minutes of build time or 10 prompts per idea.
LicenceMonthly, as a percentage of the build investment; term 1, 2 or 3 years, then cancellable monthly.
Going liveNothing goes live without the customer’s approval.
OwnershipThe data belongs to the customer and is exported in a standard format on termination. The platform, code and building blocks remain with Baboon B.V.; the customer receives a right of use through the licence.
ConfidentialityMutual, from sign-up.
LiabilitySet out in the full terms and conditions.

Data processing agreement

InstructionDatawerf processes personal data only on the customer’s instruction.
Sub-processorsSupabase (database, EU), Netlify (hosting), Anthropic (AI services, possibly outside the EU, on instruction only and without training).
SecurityEncryption, role-based access, audit log, daily backups.
Data breachesNotification without undue delay after discovery.
